Fitness Muay Thai GET FIGHTING FIT WITHOUT GETTING HIT! This Muay Thai based fitness class is a non-contact counterpart to our regular classes. It is a great way to just get in shape or work on techniques for self-defense. A fast paced high energy workout that will push your body to the limits and is a great class for everyone- women and men, beginners and competitors alike!
Muay Tiny's This class is for those Tiny Muay Thai enthusiasts from ages 5-7. This class emphasizes things like coordination, balance, focus, discipline, following directions and respect in a fun and exciting atmosphere for our Muay Tiny's!
Kid's Muay Thai Kickboxing Our fast paced exciting classes are designed to be fun while teaching the realistic self-defense techniques of Muay Thai. They will also learn skills that will help them excel in life! Discipline, respect, focus, concentration are just a few. We have an excellent character development program as part of our curriculum!
Youth/Adult Muay Thai Kickboxing Our Youth/Adult Muay Thai class offer detailed instruction in the art of Muay Thai for men and women! In this class you will learn the basic attacks, defenses and counters in a friendly and highly motivational setting. You'll get a great workout, have fun, and learn self-defense!
Fight Team Training Think you have what it takes to become a Muay Thai fighter? Try out for our Fight Team. This class is designed for those who want to take it to that next level and train for competition. It includes, ring tricks and tactics, sparring, fight preparation, conditioning, traditions such as Wai Kru and Ram Muay. Professionals Welcomed!
